Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you use the Service, we collect:

• Account information from Whop. When you sign in via Whop OAuth, Whop shares your Whop user ID, name, email, and profile picture. We use this information to recognize you on subsequent visits and to verify your active subscription status.
• Session and authentication cookies. We set HTTP-only cookies in your browser to maintain your signed-in state. These cookies contain a signed token referencing your Whop user ID and current subscription tier. They are not shared with third parties.
• Usage information. Our hosting providers automatically log technical information about your visits, including IP address, user agent, request paths, and timestamps. This information is used to operate the Service, detect abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
• Data you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive the contents of your message and your email address.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed by Whop, which has its own privacy policy at whop.com/privacy.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Verify your subscription status with Whop on a recurring basis.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
• Communicate with you about your account, subscription, or material changes to the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Third parties

The Service relies on the following third-party providers. Each of them processes information on our behalf or as an independent processor:

• Whop (whop.com). Account authentication, payment processing, subscription management.
• Market data provider. Provides the underlying options-market data displayed in the Service. They do not receive any personal information about you.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.Provide application hosting, content delivery, database hosting, DNS, and email forwarding for the Service. Their logs may include the technical request metadata described above.

We do not share your personal information with any party other than these providers, except as required by law or with your consent.

4. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• whop_session (HTTP-only, signed): stores your Whop user ID and cached subscription tier. Expires 30 days after issuance. Required to access subscriber features.
• whop_oauth_state (HTTP-only, signed): a short-lived cookie used during the OAuth login flow. Expires within 10 minutes.

These cookies are necessary for the Service to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or analytics beyond what is described here.

5. Data retention

We retain the minimum information necessary to operate the Service:

• Session cookie data exists only on your device and expires automatically.
• We do not maintain a persistent user database beyond the cached subscription tier reference in your session cookie.
• Hosting-provider logs are retained according to those providers’ policies (typically 7–30 days).
• Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address your inquiry, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that information.
• Withdraw consent at any time (which may end your access to the Service).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, or other jurisdictions with specific data-protection laws, additional rights may apply. We honor them to the extent legally required.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US and processed there.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and signed session cookies. No security measure is perfect; you use the Service at your own risk.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
